'Ice caused Heathrow crash'

The crash-landing at Heathrow two years ago was caused by ice restricting the flow of fuel to the plane's engines, a report has concluded.

An investigation by the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) cleared both pilots of responsibility for the crash on January 17, 2008.
